Master class on cooking one of the most famous traditional dishes of the region - Pilov, as well as an exciting tour of the capital of the Kyrgyz Republic.
You can enjoy cooking traditional plov and
dinner in the Kyrgyz family, and then to get acquainted with the historical and cultural heritage of the capital of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Place and time of the meeting: The main entrance of the State Historical Museum, Ala Too Square, 09:00 am.

We meet with you at 09.00 in the morning in a pre-arranged place and head to the central Osh Bazaar to purchase all the necessary ingredients for making delicious Pilaf (a traditional dish of rice, carrots and meat)
which we will prepare together with members of the Kyrgyz family.
Upon arrival at the house of a local family, we begin an interesting culinary workshop, which will last about two hours. As the dish is ready, you can taste it.
Duration of lunch: 1 hour.
After lunch, you will have another fascinating walking tour, where you will visit the most interesting sights of the city of Bishkek over the next three hours.
Beginning of the tour on the main square of Ala Too with the statue of the legendary Kyrgyz hero Manas, then continue to the old square where the Parliament building and the statue of Lenin are located, through the oak park to the Kurmanjan Datki statue and Erkindik boulevard and the Open-air Gallery, further to the Theater Opera and Ballet, Victory Square and the Eternal Flame.
You can buy souvenirs in the TSUM Shopping Center at the end of the tour.
During the tour, you can visit one of the city’s museums - the State Historical Museum or the Frunze House-Museum. Please note that both are closed on Mondays.
At the end of the tour (around 6:00 pm) we will deliver you to the hotel / guest house, or to a pre-arranged place.
